Where does Spirit live? This is more of a difficult question to answer since to my knowledge there has not been a lot of research conducted in to this area, though traditionally within the Spiritualist Movement it is termed the ether. However, my own understanding of where Spirit exists is as follows:

Everything that exists is a form of energy and has what I term a vibrational rate, like a frequency, a pulsating action. A person’s vibrational rate is determined by the spiritual evolution of their Spirit. Therefore the more spiritual you are as a person the faster your ‘form of thought energy’ vibrates at and vice versa, the more unspiritual a person you are the slower your ‘form of thought energy’ vibrates at.

I know electricity, air, radio and gamma waves exist but I cannot see them only experience there affects. They exist but exactly where I do not know, and this is true for Spirit. They exist on a ‘vibrational plane’ that can interact with the physical world. Just like radio and micro waves or light that can create colour.
