POLTERGEIST

etvos

A poltergeist is generally a negative Spirit who uses a person’s own energy against them, and the energy of an object to move it.
Our Spirit Guides explained how ‘poltergeist’ can ‘push’ someone over with the following two examples:

1.       The negative Spirit ‘draws’ the persons energy from them as far as they can and then let’s go.
The force and speed of the energy returning back to the person can feel like a sharp push to literally being thrown across the room.
A good analogy is to imagine the person’s energy is an elastic rubber band being stretched by the negative Spirit and then it is released.
Depending on how far you stretch the rubber band, when you let it go, it may have little effect on your hand or extremely eye watering painful!

2.       The tsunami effect is where the negative Spirit ‘draws’ the persons energy from them building up short waves of energy, and just as the tide unexpectedly recedes from the beach as it is drawn into the tsunami, the negative Spirit draws the last bit of energy from the person and surrounding environment and then releases it. The force and speed of the tsunami energy returning back to the person can feel like a sharp push to literally being thrown across the room.

Spirit explained further that not everyone is susceptible to poltergeist activity and this is because an individual’s energy needs to be a particular type that Spirit can use to produce physical phenomenon.
Please note that the negative Spirit will also use energy from its surroundings as well as other people present who have the potential to be a ‘physical Medium’.
Also fear creates a negative energy that the negative Spirit will literally ‘feed off’, boosting their ego and increasing their desire to control the situation, and create more fear.

Footnote:     Spirit can get frustrated like us, and in extreme cases a good Spirit may revert to poltergeist activity through frustration to gain attention. In this situation the poltergeist activity could be a cry for help.
